I bought a rather expensive pair of Clark shoes that leak. They are 85021 Unstructured black shoes. – I think where the uppers are stitched to the sole. My shoes fill up with water. I called the company and they are sending me a UPS label to return the shoes and they’ll replace them. In the meantime, I dropped by the Clark’s store in San Francisco and they were very helpful and put a water-proofing ointment on them and said they have not had complaints of them leaking and that maybe I got a bad pair that had defective cementing. Who knows? I’m just glad Clark’s is willing to stand by my wet shoes…if not IN them.

Love these shoes but they are NOT waterproof. They leak at the front creases where the leather meet the bottoms. If they were waterproof I would give them five stars. With the “leaks” three stars at most for their comfort. Are you listening Clarks? Perhaps others have had better luck. If I had known they were not WP I would not have purchased them.
